Graduated from Liberty University in 1989 with a Bachelor degree in Education and Masters in Religious Education in 1991. Thom has over 25 years in the Marketing & Recruiting industry. The positions held have included Business Development Executive at JMS Elite, Vice President at TES and President at Theonomic Employment Solutions LLC.
Thom joined the CSBA Sales team in 2022 and has since focused on helping contractors achieve their business and bonding goals. By taking the time to understand each client’s unique objectives, Thom works to identify opportunities to strengthen and optimize their bond program, improve capacity, and position them for future growth. Through proactive communication and a commitment to exceptional service, he fosters long-term partnerships that help contractors navigate challenges and capitalize on new opportunities.
